When Spartacus: God of the Arena returns to Starz! on January 21, the series will be starting its second season as a prequel to the first. And with that news, Lucy Lawless and John Hannah will be back to reprise their roles as well.
The second season is promised to be as action-packed as the first as its still promising to be every bit racy and bloody!
Steven S. DeKnight, the executive producer of Spartacus, says this about the new season, “We have a take-no-prisoners approach to the show. We will go places that other television shows fear to tread. We don’t shy away from sexuality. We don’t shy away fromviolence.”
